Three course sit down served wedding breakfast

Option A:-

Choose from the following options

Starters:-

Smoked duck breast with champagn poached pear with cucumber & spring onion salad with a lime dressing or Roasted fish fillet with macadamia crust asparagus spears with aiola dressing or warm goats cheese sun dried tomato & roast onion tart on rocket with balsamic vinegar & olive oil or Smoked salmon prawn & crab roulade on mixed leaves & julienne of vegetables with a tomato & dill sauce.

Main course:-

Fillet of pork stuffed with almonds apple and sage on grain mustard mash with sherry glaze or Chicken breast centred with a spinach & leek stuffed crepe sat on parsnip crush with a spiced tomato thickened jus or Braised lamb with mild chilli, sweet peppers, cumin & coriander, bound in filo on a cous cous bed or Roasted seasonal fish fillet with a red pepper, basil & breadcrumb stuffing on aubergine, vine tomato & basil compote.

Vegetarian Option's

Individual hot pot of sweet potato, squash, garlic, peppers & green beans laced with paprika & cream sauce topped with a puff pastry lid or A warm salad of roasted beetroot, aubergine, mushroom, vine tomato & feta with balsamic dressing or Chilli corn cakes on a bed of asparagus, green beans & radicchio with a coriander & lime butter sauce or Whole field mushrooms stuffed with goat’s cheese, thyme & roasted red peppers, topped with grated parmesan & grilled, sat on rocket & green julienne with a light houmus drizzle

Desert:-

Dark chocolate & beetroot cake garnished with chocolate mousse & beetroot sauce or Cassis & red wine poached pear with a wedge of brown sugar spiced cake, cassis sauce & creme fraiche or Individual rum & apple crumble with rum syrup & cream or Strawberry trio - a shot of strawberry jelly, a bowl of Pimm's gazpache & a strawberry pannacotta.

Main course:-

Chicken in a white wine, shallot mushroom, tomato and tarragon sauce

Scottish salmon fillet served with a prawn cream & chive sauce, over a bed of steamed green savoy cabbage

Local pork tenderloin cooked in a red wine & mushroom sauce flavoured with rosemary & thyme dressed

with caramelised onion

Pan seared duck breast served with the classic orange sauce & glazed pineapple

*All the above is served with a mixture of seasonal vegetables and potatoes*

Desert:-

Vanilla creme brulee with short biscuits & glazed strawberrys

Homemade lemon, lime &orange cheesecake with a mango & raspberry coulis

Chocolate profiteroles filled with fresh cream & served with a dark chocolate sauce.

Vegetarian Option:-

Homemade vegetable lasagne, Spinich & riccotta cannelloni, Indian Style vegetables in a spicy tomato sauce

or Mushroom stroganoff.
